
Sushi in all forms is a delight, but chirashi sushi is especially delightful and I never tire of it. Loaded with sushi grade salmon, tuna and scallops tossed with sea weed, cilantro, scallions, fennel fronds, black and white sesame seeds and topped with salmon roe, this dish is presented surrounded by blanched asparagus pieces adding a colorful border to the dish. The yummy close up will also delight you and make your mouth water!
