Some have said my abstracts look like photos taken from space. Others find visions within the art itself. They start out as a blank canvas with an abundance of supplies surrounding me I start to create. I dont have a vision of what it will look like in the end only my creativity and excitement with the colors and textures. I follow the piece on a journey with each brush stroke and pour of color. Sometimes glass is added, sometimes copper shavings or other elements. Whatever I feel the piece is calling me to add. They are beautiful and full of depth. This piece can be hung several different ways. It is done on HEAVY 11/2" stretcher bars with the canvas staple free and painted on all sides it is ready to hang. I love creating the abstracts as it is a freedom of expression without restraints!
