After distorting and layering images in photoshop, I printed and then attempted to paint the same texture and movement in acrylic. This is my first attempt at an abstract painting of this kind. I discovered that painting abstractly is actually more difficult than I would have imagined. I always appriciate these challenges for the opportunity to stretch myself!
