The painting is from a series of paintings for the theme "Abstractions of the Imagination". I wanted to paint a series of paintings that entailed only abstractions. Anything that came to my mind and whatever mood I was in I would paint. This painting seems to have a lot of light coming through an odd shaped opening. It almost seems as if you can reach into the other side.
