Since Spotty, my dog passed away in February 2008, an amazing creature comes to visit me in my backyard several times a year. It's wide wing span gracefully flutters through the sky. I truly believe Spotty still watches over me through the eyes of this bird. This inspiring moment has instilled in me the energy to complete this illustration in only four hours.
