Mary Mary quite contrary
you've planted a daisy
how is it in it's place
grows a Nasturtium paisley?
There are so many surprises, awaiting the patient gardener. Nasturtiums are really such a delightful flower, and so often overlooked. Because their flowers are often carefully hidden under their own doily shaped leaves. Only the patient, careful gardener will know to gently pull back their covering to reveal a nasturtium's glorious bloom!
Deep, rich jewel tones, with a wide array of embossed textures, complete this piece. It is done in color pencil, and marker. Varying patterns are embossed through out, lending a quilt like texture.
