Organic Octagon (Stained Glass Painted Vase)

This is a very organic, stained glass painted octagon-shaped vase or vessel. I have been exploring organic shapes filled with lots of color, and this is one of the results.

You can store any small dry items inside and set it on a table, shelf or windowsill to display. When the sunlight shines through the colors, it will cast lovely colorful shadows as seen in the photos here.

I decided to put a modern abstract spin on it, and just went wild with color. This piece is truly a stunner in person! Absolutely LOVELY to gaze upon. The colors just hit you, and no matter which angle you view it from there is color everywhere!

This piece would look fabulous in any window of any home.

I signed it on the bottom.

It features stunning, gem like colors in jewel tones that have a beautiful translucency or iridescence to them. I achieve this look by mixing 2 or more colors in each section.

Please note that this piece is NOT dishwasher safe, so please don't try it. It can be used to store dry goods, but the outside (where it's painted), shouldn't get wet. This will damage the piece.
