FORMATION is a 100% hand painted Original abstract composition on Canvas 12"x16"x1.5" gallery wrapped museum quality stretched canvas, media acrylic paint, staple free edges. The sides are painted black so there is no need for framing and it is signed, titled and dated on the surface of the painting. The painting is numbered and catalogued. A coat of varnish / sealer has been applied to protect the surface of the painting.

The composition is based on to fill a 4 by 4 matrix or table with numbers 1 through 4 in such a way that every rows, columns and the diagonals contains each of the numbers. I have tried to represent a solution here on canvas where numeric numbers has changed its form and shape to a geometric shape and color. Each matrix cell or table is divided into one or more blocks, each blocks represents a unit and total number of units in any given cell represents the corresponding numeric number that holds the cell. For instance, a cell that holds three blocks means the number 3 and that goes into that cell and so on. I enjoyed a lot while doing it.
