This is the Fourth in my Blythe Doll Paintings. (Please see my portfolio for more blythe paintings) Based on the works of such TIKI artists as SHAG, My Blythe TIKI Dancer is swinging her hips to Hawaiian drumbeats, or maybe to something hipper like Elvis. She is Surrounded by a pseudo Hawaiian print, actually it’s more like sponge bob square pants than any real Hawaiian print…but it seemed to fit her.

this is an ORIGINAL ACRYLIC PAINTING, not a print. This little Wahine is a reflection of all the dolls of the 70’s that I like. Blythe, Liddle Kiddle, Hug a Bug, Mini Martians, Emerald the Enchanting Witch, or inspired by the modern Bleeding edge dolls, or the Living dead doll series…if it’s a bit off the wall and a bit mod I covet it. Rarely can I afford them so I paint my versions of them
