A sideshow - inspired painting, just perfect for the EBSQ show! It features a "Two-Headed Girl". There were several "two-headed girl" acts in 19th Century side-shows, which were really of course sets of conjoined twins. In this piece I am going for the idea that the advertisements for the sideshows portrayed a glamorous fantastical sort of idealized version of the rather sad reality and exploitation.
