NEW ORLEANS BALCONY painting in our beloved city of New Orleans, composed of BOLD brush strokes in purples, blues, orange, reds, yellows and creamy white. THE FRENCH QUARTER will someday be RETURNED to it’s notable splendor. These and other scenes of the French Quarter are some of my favorite memories.
