My second entry into the Food Porn show is dedicated to parents and caregivers everywhere who have worked to find ways to engage children in the process of healthy eating.
For those of us who have had picky eaters to contend with, or who have just wanted to help children enjoy health food, " a spectacular visual presentation of cooking or eating ... that arouses a desire to eat…" might look something like this:
Here you have... PENGUINS!
This child-friendly Penguin lunch is made from hard-boiled eggs, black olives and carrots. Keep a little whipped cream cheese pond somewhere nearby, because everyone knows that penguins LOVE to go swimming. And, in that cold weather, expect the pond to be covered in cracked ice (shredded coconut will do the job).
