Original acrylic painting by Hiroko Seki Reaney. I painted the water and the skin in 2004, then stopped because I didn't think people would like my style of art. I've been painting more this past year and have realized that beauty is always in the eyes of the beholder. So I finished painting the hair, shells, tail, and added little touches to the eyes and lips. Hope you all like her!
