This is an older work but I liked everything about this piece.....one that I wish that I had kept. Poor blackbird was disturbed by a neighborhood dog. Lots of times we have more than five hundred blackbirds in our yard the land on the trees and make a lot of sqauking noise waiting for someone to throw out some corn for them to devour in a few minutes. When they are at our feeders the trees look as if they were decorated with birds. This was done on Arches 140lb Hot press watercolor paper using Winsor Newton and Sennlier watercolors and brushes.
