White Kitty wore a little red heart pendant for quite a while. When I painted her in front of the Christmas tree for this years offical portrait she had to wear her little pendant. Now she is a very sedate cat who wouldn't dream of climbing up the Christmas tree or sneak underneath the tree to play with the antique ornaments. None the less our tree is always ancholred to the wall with florist wire to prevent any mishaps caused by naughty cats. Sometimes I think it was easier when we didnt have any breakables and instead baked tons and tons of gingerbread cookies to decorate the tree. This piece is an ACEO painting in watercolor and pen and ink on arches 140lb hot press watercolor paper. The size is 2 1/2" x 3 1/2". I always leave a small border so my paintings can be framed if desired.
