This piece was inspired by my little white cat who is no longer allowed to go outside unless she has adult supervision. She is an older cat who needs protection since we now seem to have a permanent fox in our area. Kitty loves to just sit and watch the birds but is now kept inside all of the time. So I know for sure that she has to be thinking about all of her little bird friends who loved to taunt her. This is a watercolor and pen and ink piece done on Arches 140 lb hot press paper.
