These strange little flowers are another sign that spring has finally arrived. They usually accompany the crocus in our area. I like them in little groupings around the yard so that there is a touch of early color early in the season. If I had a large yard I would have a carpet of these treasures. Oh well the dream garden is always in the back of a gardeners mind. This is done using watercolors and pen and ink.
