I love to do these flowing pieces - blues and reds converging like rivers into seas. This piece was done on high quality acid-free watercolor paper. When I started traveling the world I started using oil pastel and turpentine on paper because it was easy to carry. It has stuck with me to this day. This piece is unframed and is sprayed with a glossy fixative. This is best behind a mat and a frame that has protective non-glare glass. Leaving it unmatted will result in possible color transfering to the glass. Otherwise, you will be able to find the mat and frame that suits your decor the best.
