"Three Mushrooms" is a departure from my typical style. But my style is constantly changing. Whatever catches my eye...I need to paint in my own way. This is how this painting came about...I was walking around my woods and saw all these crazy mushrooms. I put my own spin on the canvas and "Three Mushrooms" was born. Included are various textured elements and different mediums. There are three 18K gold leaf dragonflies and glass beads in the wild weeds. The sides are painted in satin black and this painting is ready to hang. The painting has several coats of varnish to protect the numerous mediums.
