Intermingle
I have been working with some new Asian watercolor that is very vivid and has a velvety opaqueness to it. This is a bit of a change from my normal acrylics on canvas. I always feel that an artist should exercise all of their abilities, big or small. If we do not, the ability will fade in time.
This is the first time I have ever offered a watercolor on paper.
I have a few pieces that I have completed over the past couple of months that are now up for bid.
This watercolor was created strategically to keep the dragonflies from intermingling in the rainbow pool that surrounds them.
The watercolor is completed on 130 lb , acid free paper.
An additional light spay coating of artist varnish has been applied to protect the art from any UV damage and retain it beauty for many years to come.
This 9” x 12” watercolor will not be mounted nor framed.
As with all my artwork it will come signed by me and with its own Certificate of Authenticity.
