From my home state of Louisiana, I tried to capture the many colors of the swamp. Huge bald cypress trees with the gentle sway of the spanish moss hanging from each tree branch create a sort of umbrella of beauty as you boat along the bayou and waterways.

It is the color that will astound you when you visit the Louisiana Bayous. The cypress trees are in full state of beauty during the fall season. Spanish moss is so dense in areas that the light can not get through.

I have tried to bring the essence of tranquility to this canvas to share with you.
