Through my study of Art Therapy I have realized a core aspect of wellness is self-awareness and self-love.
Too many of us go through life feeling as if we are somehow not "good enough". We are surrounded by messages that reinforce that belief and bombarded by media images that showcase the negative side of the human experience.
The images I create, from the complex abstract textures, colorful, intricate details to serene expansive landscapes, are inspired by the intrinsic goodness of the human spirit and our intimate connection to the rest of creation.
By creating positive images and sharing them, I feel that in my own small way, I can help bring about positive change.
