In preparation for a couple of different projects, I have begun re-creating some of my older paintings in miniature form on blocks of wood, as well as creating new works. This one shows a crazy yellow Dachshund (aka wiener dog) chasing his body around in circles, trying to catch his wagging tail! The lavender background pops with white and purple dots. The painting is sealed with clear acrylic, the edges are painted, and it is signed and dated by the artist. These minis can be displayed sitting on a shelf (they look great in groupings!) or hung on the wall with a sawtooth hanger.
