In preparation for a couple of different projects, I have begun re-creating some of my older paintings in miniature form on blocks of wood, as well as creating new works. This one features my handsome black lab mix Angus, as he stands on a loveseat, looking out a huge window at a meteor shower. The painting is sealed with clear acrylic, the edges are painted, and it is signed and dated by the artist. These minis can be displayed sitting on a shelf (they look great in groupings!) or hung on the wall with a sawtooth hanger.
