Oh, jeez, um, okay...how do I describe this?? Absolutely disgusting. The face is hand sculpted from polymer clay, with painted details (mmm, blood and puss) real stitching in the eye and mouth. Inside the lid is a smalll painting of a skull, done in acrylic, with a bit of shimmer in what's left of it's flesh. The bottom inside of the box is paper and leather, so whatever you put in the box will be nice and comfy.
