I call it "Space for Rent" because I was/am in the midst of a potential move (or maybe just a roommate switch) when I made it. I started by hand sculpting the mushroom from polymer clay; I then painted a very small acrylic background on 2.5" x 3.5" canvas. I added some translucent liquid polymer to adhere the mushroom (along with tiny glass beads) to the canvas. Then I went back over it to add more little details (flowers and vegetation, and some color enhancements) and sealed it with a protective matte finish. There is an extra cardboard backing to keep it sturdy and prevent warping.This art card is approximately 1/2 " thick at the biggest point. Signed and dated on the back.
