A lone mermaid on a supple, mossy rock. She is nicely camouflaged in the algae-rich waters. This is an original mixed media ACEO (Art Cards, Editions, and Originals). I have drawn her on bristol using Prismacolor pencils and archival inks. Her hair is made from part of a blue jay feather. Other media includes assorted hand made papers, acrylic paint, cotton thread, and some sequins. She is signed, dated, and titled on the back.
