This aquatic creature definitely has some dragon blood in him. This is an original collaged ACEO (Art Cards, Editions, and Originals). I have drawn the seahorse in Prismacolor pencils, then added paint, gold pen, and glass beads for texture. Other media includes papers, feathers, and ink. This one of a kind piece is signed and dated on the back.
