In my self taught painting haze, I have taken to painting the background before anything else. Sometimes before I even decide what the subject will be. I then allow the abstractedness speak to me... Perhaps this time I should have reigned in my dark side a little better!! I call this piece "Dead Wrong" because that's just what it is. It freaks me out, yet I cannot look away. One of my most subconciously disturbing and alltime favorite paintings! It measures 10" x 6" on a sheet of artist canvas. Initialled on the front; full signature, title, and date on the back. Sealed with two layers of acrylic matte varnish.
