Remembrance is a surprising piece. Once I completed her special character of being somewhat translucent for her namesake-a face appeared without effort or intention on my part. I was inspired to paint her as a gift of remembrance for my two sons. "Remembrance" has a resplendent glow in her wings and hair-a mix of gloss medium and acrylic gives this beautiful effect. The ability to share vision through creativity is a unique hobby and career for me personally. I like to be abstract in my paintings in order to leave the imagination open to the viewer. What you see is unique to you.

My favorite medium is Acrylic. The colors stand up well for a dramatic texture.
