While painting this abstract heart, I became involve in playing with the background, and when completed, it projected, to me, a tropical feel. This is one of my "feel-good" series.... duely named for the fact that I feel good when I am painting these fun pieces. I love a little whimsey in my life, and this series certainly gives that away. It is like looking inside of my soul and finding the 'busyness' that seems to surround my life. A lot of projects and activities, whether it is physical or mental, complete my day.
