This collage started with an acrylic background in black with colorful quilt-like sections. The letter for L_O_V_E are scattered around the painting. A small metal 'clip' is collaged on the bottom with the word 'forever' embossed on it. To give the painting more interest I began to add the hearts and abstract 'texture'. On the left central area of the painting is a heart print (from one of my originals) that has a 'glass-like' heavy coating, that has been collaged on to the canvas. Various fabric paints have been used through out the piece for its total effect. Out of this creation, the "FEEL-GOOD" series was born.
