The colors and tradition of a New Orleans' Mardi Gras Parade are represented in this large abstract. It is painted in oil on a gallery wrapped canvas which may be hung unframed, if desired. (The edges of the 1" deep canvas are also painted, and a picture wire kit is included.) This is a one-of-a-kind original work, and Diane's certificate of authenticity will be enclosed. ARTIST'S STATEMENT: The inspiration for this painting came from some research I did on the Mardi Gras Rex Parade.
