Moved by the Spirit

"Moved by the Spirit" is a very large (24x36x1.5") colorful, abstract painting consisting of several small (approx. 3") squares on deep stretched canvas.

The individual squares each have blendings of two or more colors in them, and then sgrafito (scratching) technique on top of that, which makes for great depth of color. (The closeup views show this technique quite well).

It's a very lively, bold and fun piece that will brighten up any room.

I signed it on the back, so the painting can be hung either vertically or horizontally, whichever the owner prefers!

I show several photos here from differing angles to get a feel for how this piece looks in real life, although I will say, the colors are even more vibrant in person; it's very difficult to capture the colors on the camera.
