Here's an incredibly vibrant and colorful huge (30x30") abstract landscape painting. It depicts a house with smoke wafting out of the chimney and the sun shining down on the whole scene.

The background is the "star of the show" here; a stunning blend of primary colors (cadmium red, cadmium yellow, and ultramarine blue). I created this piece with the idea of a child's chalk outline drawing (the outlines are all white) and you can see the colors from the background through the white outlines for a striking bold effect. Because of this child-like chalk drawing effect, there's a naive and playful innocence feel to this piece, yet, the backround lends it a bit of colorful sophistication.

The sides are painted in a very dark (almost black) chocolate brown, and I have signed it on the back. I show several pictures here from differing angles, including how it might look with furniture.
