Emerald City Citizens

This piece was done using various shades of green, with a bit of white and black thrown in for good measure.

It depicts an abstracted version of the strange and beautiful "Emerald City" situated in the heart of Oz, from the story "The Wonderful Wizard of Oz", and the people that inhabit the sparkling and glittering city.

The people are shown in silhouette form; kind of shadowy, and you can't tell if they are facing you or facing away from you, but one thing's for sure; they are there.

It is a large piece at 18x24x1.5" and the sides are painted black, so there's no need for a frame; it's ready to hang.

I signed it on the lower right hand corner and I show several pics here from varying angles as well as a closeup for detail.
