Circular Logic (Textured Triptych)

Circular Logic is a matching 3 piece set (triptych) of colorful geometric shapes (circles) on a highly textured and combed background... You can see the background texture (and colors) coming through the colorful circles on top.

I enjoy texture, and especially the "combed" or striae look, and this piece has a very modern, urban or industrial feel to it. I think it would look great in a modern living room as well as an artist's loft, or perhaps even a doctor's or lawyer's office.

Each individual canvas measures 12x16", for a total dimensions 16x36".

Some of the colors I used are: Payne's gray, true red, hansa yellow, and orange (the yellow & red mixed together)...

The sides of the canvases are painted black, so there's no need for expensive framing.

I have signed each piece on the back so as not to interfere with the art. (Due to the abstract nature of this pieces, they can be hung vertically or horizontally, or even diagonally).
