Chocolate Lollipop Landscape

This piece is a large 20x24x.75" abstract landscape. The 3 trees are round, and they are brown, so they must be chocolate lollipops!

The way I created this piece was I first laid down the texture. THen I added a blue-ish purple glaze for the horizon, leaving a very light (almost white) area where the trees are. The brown (burnt sienna and burnt umber) was also used to create the ground.

The sides are painted with burnt umber paint, so there's no need for expensive framing.

I signed it on the back.
