I love working with found materials and this is a piece that incorporates a little bit of some the the treasures I have collected over the years! The base is a miniature glass booze bottle that I have melted flat in a glass kiln. I've then layered an old key and a watch face both found at garage sales to the front along with a ceramic clay face shard tile. The piece is then coated in clear resin with schminke metal dust floating withing the resin. A tiny little art piece made using recycled materials that would otherwise end up in the dump. I love the textures of glass and metals together!
