I originally painted this in January 2005 and it just wasn't quite right, so I recently altered it, making the castle much bigger, and adding the welcome mat. Now I like it! I think this would go well in a child's room, or another whimsically decorated room. (I highly recommend whimsical stuff in any room, as long as it makes you smile!) The sides of this canvas are painted (the image continues around the edges), so you won't have to frame it.
