I am originally from Ga. but now I reside in Louisiana. I have always been interested in drawing and painting as a child(drawing cartoon characters on t-shirts, painting landscapes and flowers on paper). As i got older, I always wanted to learn to paint, so I started reading books and buying paint supplies on sale. At present, I am a disabled RN and hope to become a fulltime artist. I guess you can say I'm a self taught artist. I have sold a few paintings on ebay and at the local flea market. Most of my works have been sold by word of mouth and everyone keeps telling me to sell them because they are very good. Well, here we go, I'm taking there advice and trying my hand at this. Thanks for looking at my art and hope you enjoy it. I have several things I am working on and will list them on my site as i finish them. I enjoy the Louisiana culture which you will be seeing in some of my paintings. I just recently became gallery represented by Crowley Art Association Gallery in Crowley, Louisiana.Artwalks are scheduled monthly. 5 of my paintings and Mardi Gras wine bottles are on display and can be seen daily or at the artwalk. Refreshments are served at the artwalk(wine & cheese). Hope to see you there.
