New painting from my landscape series of southern Colorado, the San Luis Valley and areas around Northern New Mexico I was going back to Denver from Santa Fe and this scene outside of Taos just took my breath away! The moon was up in the east over Taos Mountain, the sun was about an hour from setting in the west... The quality of light was positively enchanting!
