Directly inspired by my locality on the north Olympic Peninsula in Washington State...Deep temperate forests running up to wild headlands that march into the ocean and the local first nations tribal influences. These pacific northwest tribes include Hoh, Makah, Quileute, Quinalt and Jamestown S'Klallam. I'm fascinated by archeology and the need for not only man to leave his mark behind, but the need to find that mark. These Impressions Series are my way of expressing all of the these things.
