New painting from my landscape series of southern Colorado, the San Luis Valley and areas around Northern New Mexico At the base of the Sangre de Cristo mountains, on the eastern side of the San Luis Valley, Colorado are several little adobe homes, farms, ranches and homesteads. This is but one impressionist rendition of the beautiful places in this special place that my maternal ancestors calls home.
