I started this oil with a very dark blue water. I wanted my koi and lily to show boldly. The water lily is done in whites and purples. The Koi is black and gold. I believe the contrast is great. I have used oils on a canvas covered masonite panel. Would look great framed and hanging in your home. Comes to you signed and with a COA
