I have completed a series of three large madonna paintings inspired by Dan Brown's novel "The DaVinci Code". I was also inspired by the invitational exhibit that I participated in "The Divnine Feminine". After these two experiences (reading the book and being in the exhibit) I became fascinated with the madonnas, Mary Magdalene, the Mary's in the Bible, and the everyday reality of the Divine Feminine. In keeping with the Divine Feminine, there are secrets and symbols hidden in my paintings in plain sight, if you but take the time to look.
