Hot time in the city is a Wabi-Sabi style painting (oil paint and cold wax medium) it is done layer upon layer and then markings are etched/scratched away to reveal the lower layers.
This started out as a pastoral landscape but quickly took on a life of it's own. After a while there was no way I could see anything remotely rural I just saw urban, urban, urban. And when it was all said and done it was a hot one at that
