Winter is here. It isn't just that the temperature has dropped, the entire landscape has changed. The light is different. The colours are different. The world in winter is as beautiful as it is unique.

Soft winter light and reflections in a frozen pond. This piece was inspired by my first winter back home after 5 years in the desert. It's amazing how we can apreciate things more when we've been away from them for some time.
