This piece was inspired by a Robert Doisneau photograph from the 50s, of a little shop of the kind that has all but disappeared. If it came to life again, it would be lost in the whirlwind of modern life. The abstract surroundings include human and architectural forms, and many colors that contrast with the slightly drab shop.
