Siamese Twins

We don't communicate in the same way, yet we understand each other well enough to share our lives with them and they with us. Some of us live with dogs, some with cats. Some of us share our world with horses or rabbits or birds. Many of us live in the company of a delightful mix of some or all of the above and others not mentioned. We delight in their presence, we miss them when they are gone and our lives are immeasurably enriched by their presence. Over the course of the next month or so, EBSQ’s Art Of The Day will take time to showcase art that celebrates those special animals that are a part our lives.

Art: Siamese Twins by Artist Tracey Allyn Greene

For the June Nibblefest art contest, theme "freak show/carnival". These "siamese twins" are joined at the hip, well, maybe not literally, but where one goes, the other is sure to follow! An original Tag's Cats river rock portrait, painted with artists' quality acrylic paints on smooth river rock, this is a good sized stone, 6 pounds. I search for just the right rock for my portraits, each is unique and one of a kind. Signed, dated, and titled on the underside. This is my entry in the Nibblefest Art Contest.
